Managing Director

With a rural Agricultural background in Nepal, our director Him Lal Dhakal has established Everest Harvesting Company from scratch. He started in 2014 in the regional town of Wodonga, Victoria. 

With his outstanding management and networking skills, he has expanded this business all over Australia, carrying a reputation in labor-hiring agribusiness. The company has branches in various states like NSW, VIC, SA, TAS & QLD all thanks to our dedicated Director, Mr. Him Lal Dhakal. 

HR Manager

We have an HR Manager that handles all the day-to-day tasks in labor hiring. They try to research and recruit talents from various lands and help create a team of excellent workers. Part of their job is to make sure the employees are happy with their job and salary and handle grievances from both parties.

Moreover, they make sure that our workers are sufficiently talented and adequate for assigned tasks. They also see that workers are given tasks according to their specialty and are a perfect fit for the job. 

Finance Manager 

Our finance manager plays a crucial role in the company’s financial strategies. They help monitor financial operations and provide investment advice. Moreover, they work closely with the management and make a full financial report of the company. 

Their main role is to provide us with profit-maximizing strategies to ensure the company’s long-term objectives are achieved. 

Administration

The administration has a significant role in organizing the company records, ensuring good communication, and managing basic needs. Moreover, they handle the day-to-day meetings and manage a record of every activity performed within the office. 

They also ensure good communication with our clients and workers via email, phone calls, and digital platforms. Our systematic record has a perfect balance thanks to the administration. 

Account team

The major role of the account team is to handle cash and financial transactions. They make sure every transaction is recorded in the books of accounting and balance them accordingly. 

They help us find financial errors and the financial position of the company. Moreover, they identify consumer needs via direct communication with the clients and ensure payment from them. 

People and Culture 

At Everest Harvesting, we value work culture. More than that, we value its people and their culture. So, our people and culture team ensures that every worker is satisfied with their job and has adjusted to the environment. 

They bring innovative ideas to keep the workers engaged and motivated. Moreover, this team is highly focused on active workers’ participation and positive performance results. 

Marketing team

Our marketing team is dedicated to outreach to every agribusiness in Australia. We work together to create marketing materials along with innovative strategies. The teams use all sorts of marketing platforms to reach out to potential consumers. This generation, we have adapted digital marketing as our marketing outreach program. 

Payroll team 

Our payroll team works hard to ensure every worker is paid. They make payroll receipts and figure out electronic payment methods for more convenient payments. Moreover, they provide a detailed statement to the workers where their payments have deductions, benefits, and many more. 

Supervisor 

Our supervisors ensure the company is running smoothly and that communication has a certain flow through the chain of command. They are also a significant part of the management as they foresee every aspect of the company’s reputation and consumer relations with the workers. Moreover, they provide training and monitor workers according to their job description. 

Workers

Workers are the foundation of the company. They are a team of skilled, dedicated, and trustworthy laborers with a passion for agriculture. Moreover, they are personally trained by our modest supervisors and have experience in the agricultural field.
